Lion Studio AI ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") is a product of Mobilions Labs Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013, India.

You must be at least 13 years of age to register for an account and use Lion Studio AI. By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. In that case, "you" refers to the entity.

To access the features of Lion Studio AI, you must create an account by providing a valid username and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

We reserve the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts that we determine, at our sole discretion, violate these Terms or applicable law.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Mobilions Labs Pvt. Ltd. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Lion Studio AI for your own personal or internal business purposes.

You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign or otherwise exploit the Platform or its outputs in any manner that competes with Lion Studio AI. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Platform.

5.1 Ownership of Uploaded Content

You retain full ownership of all images and materials you upload to the Platform ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant Mobilions Labs Pvt. Ltd. a limited, temporary licence to process that content solely for the purpose of delivering the AI-generated output you requested. This licence ends when the processing is complete and your content is deleted from our systems.

5.2 No Use for AI Training

We do not use your uploaded images to train, fine-tune or improve our AI models. Your content is processed only to generate the specific output you request and is not retained beyond that purpose.

5.3 Ownership of Generated Outputs

AI-generated images produced through Lion Studio AI using your uploaded content are owned by you, subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable intellectual property law in your jurisdiction.

5.4 Your Responsibilities Regarding Content

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to upload the content you submit.
• Your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights or any other rights of any third party.
• Your content does not contain material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harmful to minors or otherwise objectionable.
• You will not upload images of identifiable individuals without their explicit consent.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

You agree not to use Lion Studio AI to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory or invasive of another's privacy.
• Produce deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery or any content designed to deceive or mislead.
• Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use automated tools, bots or scripts to access the Platform in a manner that exceeds normal usage or disrupts service for other users.
• Circumvent any measures we use to prevent or restrict access to the Platform.

Lion Studio AI operates on a credit-based model. You purchase credits in the amount of your choosing and use those credits to generate AI outputs on the Platform. Credits are deducted from your balance at the point of generation.

Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. They cannot be exchanged for money, gifted to another account or carried over beyond any stated expiry period applicable to a specific credit package.

All purchases are final. Credits are non-refundable once purchased except as expressly required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. If a generation fails due to a technical error on our part, the credits consumed by that generation will be reinstated to your account.

Payments are processed securely. We do not store your full payment details. Credit balances are visible within your account at all times.

We reserve the right to modify credit pricing or package structures with reasonable prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after a pricing change constitutes your acceptance of the revised pricing.

Permanent deletion. When you delete your account, all data associated with your account is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems. This includes your username, email address, uploaded images and generated outputs. This action cannot be undone and we do not retain backups of deleted accounts.

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings section of the Platform. If you require assistance, you may contact us at support@lionstudioai.com.

The Lion Studio AI brand, interface, technology, underlying AI architecture, software code, documentation and all related materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Mobilions Labs Pvt. Ltd. and are protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of these assets to you.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that the quality of generated outputs will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

Nothing in this clause limits any warranty that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mobilions Labs Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data or business opportunity.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Mobilions Labs Pvt. Ltd. and its officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by applicable law. Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, liability, indemnification and governing law survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice within the Platform before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, with proceedings conducted in Ahmedabad, GJ 380015, India.

Users accessing Lion Studio AI from the European Economic Area retain the right to bring claims before the courts of their country of residence under applicable EU consumer protection law.
