• We process uploaded images to generate your requested output. We do not store them permanently.
• We do not sell your data to anyone.
• We do not share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
• We do not use your images to train AI models.
• Deleting your account deletes all your data permanently. No recovery is possible.

We collect only the data that is necessary to operate the Platform and deliver our services.

We use your data only for the following purposes:

• Account management — creating and maintaining your account, authenticating your identity on login and responding to your support requests.
• Service delivery — processing your uploaded images through our AI system to produce the outputs you have requested.
• Transactional communications — sending you receipts, credit purchase confirmations, password reset emails and material updates to this Policy or our Terms and Conditions.
• Platform security and fraud prevention — detecting and preventing unauthorised access, abuse or misuse of the Platform.
• Legal compliance — meeting our obligations under Indian law including tax record-keeping and responding to lawful government requests.

What we do not do: We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not use your uploaded images to train or improve any AI model. We do not build behavioural profiles of our users for commercial purposes.

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contract performance — processing your account data and images to deliver the service you have purchased credits for.
• Legal obligation — retaining credit purchase and transaction records as required by the Income Tax Act 1961 and GST legislation.
• Legitimate interests — protecting the security and integrity of the Platform against fraud and unauthorised access, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
• Consent — for any optional communications you specifically opt into, such as product updates or newsletters.

For users in the European Economic Area, this processing is conducted in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Articles 6(1)(b), 6(1)(c) and 6(1)(f). For users in India, processing is conducted in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules 2011.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We do not share your data with any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.

We may disclose your personal data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Legal requirement — when we are required by law, court order or a government authority to disclose information. Where permitted, we will notify you before complying.
• Protection of rights — when disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Mobilions Labs Pvt. Ltd., our users or the public.

Lion Studio AI serves users globally. Your data is stored and processed on secure servers. When your data is transferred outside India, we take appropriate steps to ensure it receives the same level of protection as it does under Indian law, including applying contractual safeguards where required.

For users in the European Economic Area, any transfer of personal data outside the EEA is conducted in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR, using Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission where no adequacy decision is in place.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls that limit data access to authorised personnel only and regular security assessments of our systems.

Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. If we become aware of a data breach that affects your rights, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority within the timeframes required by applicable law.

When you delete your account, all personal data associated with your account is permanently deleted. This includes your username, email address, any generated images stored in your account and all activity records. This deletion is irreversible. We do not retain backups of deleted accounts.

Credit purchases and transaction records are retained as required by Indian tax law and deleted after that period.

You may request account deletion at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@lionstudioai.com.

Depending on your country of residence, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.
• Right to restrict processing — request that we limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.
• Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
• Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Right to withdraw consent — withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Lion Studio AI is a professional tool intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a user under 18 has created an account, we will delete that account and all associated data promptly. If you believe a minor has registered, please contact us at support@lionstudioai.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and through a prominent notice within the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The updated Policy will display the revised effective date at the top.
